What a lovely one-night stay! I loved the delicious breakfast and the tea and coffee offered to take on our journey. The room was beautiful and spotless, making our visit truly enjoyable.

The golf course provides a solid challenge with some well-kept greens that make a round enjoyable, particularly for those looking to practice their swing without disruption. The leisure facilities, including the pool area, cater well for families seeking to unwind after a day on the course.

The hotel feels quite isolated. the nearest town is a trek away, which may leave some wanting more nearby activities. The carpets show their age with stains throughout, and while the family room is spacious, it lacks the charm and modernity one might expect for the price. Evenings can feel dull with minimal entertainment options. adding some live music or games could enhance the atmosphere, especially with younger families in tow. dining experiences seemed hit-or-miss with food service lacking the efficiency expected, leading to longer wait times than desired and menu items running out unexpectedly. A simple play area for children would go a long way in making the stay more family-friendly.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at Hilton Puckrup Hall Hotel & Golf Club, Tewkesbury. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room had a lovely seating area, and the views were stunning. The pool and gym facilities were perfect for our family, giving us a great time to relax and unwind.

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious Queen Room and were incredibly impressed by the staff's attentiveness and warmth, making our experience truly memorable. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent for relaxation, and our children loved the activity room and the thoughtful touches like activity sheets. Although the breakfast options were plentiful, the temperature of the food could be improved for better enjoyment.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness centre. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost necklace, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was excellent, with so many options it felt like we were at a buffet! Staff was friendly and quick to help when our son spilled juice, without missing a beat.

I spent a night at the Hilton in Gloucester, checking in was straightforward, but I didn’t feel recognized as a Diamond Member. The room was a Double Family Room. While the grounds and golf course looked beautiful, the interior felt tired. The carpet had stains, and dust collected around the skirting boards. The bathroom was functional but had a shower curtain, which felt unhygenic. Breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a wide selection that helped start the day right. Unfortunately, the dinner menu left much to be desired. I had a cob salad that lacked flavor and freshness. it felt like leftovers from breakfast. Staff were friendly, but the overall dining experience dampened my stay. The bedding was outdated, which impacted comfort. The pool was warm, a definite plus, but overall, it needs a facelift to match the Hilton brand. Honored complaints were met with apologetic staff, but I didn’t notice any real follow-through. I hoped for more based on previous stays at Hilton properties.
